The role is full-time from 8am to 3pm Monday to Friday and offers an excellent chance to utilise passion and enthusiasm to support students' comfort, happiness, and security, as well as gain vital hands-on experience working alongside the Head of Year.

Go above and beyond to ensure every child has the care and support they need.


Be flexible and adaptable, to ensure they tailor support to individuals and respond effectively to a range of student behaviours.

Communicate effectively to build a cohesive relationship with teachers and ensure a trusting and insightful relationship with students. Emotional intelligence is vital to interactions in education.


Be calm, patient, and understanding; schools can be overwhelming environments and it is vital to be able to take a deep breath and accurately gauge the support required, from managing tempers to diffusing situations.

An enhanced DBS or willingness to undertake one (we can help with this) ‍

Eligibility to work in the UK (No Sponsorships Provided)

Willingness or ability to work with children (this is a pastoral role) ‍‍

Experience not required but preferred
