A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join this distinguished B2B Events agency, headquartered in London and New York.
This agency work with some of the world's most inspiring fortune 500 companies organising a range of immersive B2B experiences and events.
The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the production team in bringing to life all of their creative sparks and thoughtful insights.
You will learn how to deliver top-tier virtual, face-to-face, and hybrid events and play a vital role in broader B2B marketing campaigns.
_Core responsibilities_
- Learn quickly After a period of induction, you will be put you into project teams to support Producers and Project Directors as they lead on projects
- Learn to execute virtual and live conferences and events (conferences, exhibitions, summits, incentives)
- Support the management of accounts; this will involve the development of proposals, creative workshops or supporting the design studio
- Attend client meetings Attend site visits
- Support onsite at events globally
- Coordinate communications between internal departments
- Assist with client communications and requests
- Travel arrangements
- Research: venues, customers, partners, and technologies
