Description

Service account manager position working for a market leader utility company based just outside Cambridge. They are a family-like corporate culture environment with strong values. Based south of Cambridge, they have a open-plan office with a on-site Café (just to name one of many benefits).


Daily Duties & responsibilities:


  • Reporting to Operations manager
  • Working along side the departments of Technical, billing in relation to account management of prime customer relationships
  • Validating data and preparing payment files
  • Meeting challenging deadlines that is related to KPI and SLA in relation to invoices
  • Reporting KPI on monthly management meetings
  • Discussing account queries, complaints when escalated to senior management
  • Further escalating/ scheduling engineers for tasks

Skills & experience required:


  • Account management/ customer service experience desired
  • Attention to detail
  • Positive cando attitude and accountable
  • Willingness to go above and beyond
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised skills
  • Good advance excel skills

Salary & working hours:
- £25k-31k PA

  • 9am 5.30pm 5days a week
