Description:

Provider support officers are required to co
ordinate and provide administrative support to all provider monitoring meetings including collation and analysis of data and service area feedback to be discussed with providers
As a contract support officer you will facilitate and support consultations and partnership working with care providers and to work jointly with NHS and voluntary sector partners to promote integrated approaches to the delivery of care and support services
Contract support officers assist with the preparation and implementation of commissioning strategies to support ongoing transformation of services available to support residents of the borough
Provider support officers identify and suggest any improvements to current ways of working in order to deliver a more efficient and effective service for customers.

What is required?

Educated to degree level or equivalent vocational experience
Evidence of CPD
Previous experience of working within a social care commissioning and contracting environment
