Working hours:40 per week on a 7 day rota (10% Night Shift Allowance )

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and highly motivated person with a vision and passion for working with homeless people within Manchester Homelessness Services.

The
Concierge worker will manage front of house services to clients and will deal with telephone calls and external visitors to the centre.

The successful applicant will have an ability to keep all relevant records and be responsible for completing regular building checks and patrols as required and ensuring security of buildings.

Good English and Maths skills
Excellent customer service and people management skills, with ability to provide efficient front of house service
Excellent planning, organising and time management skills
Proficient in a range of IT packages (Microsoft office)
