About Our Client:

We are working with an highly renowned logistics business based in Manchester.

Working alongside high profile clients, they are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to manage end to end customer projects and accounts.


Role of the Customer Service Coordinator:

  • Managing a portfolio of customer accounts
  • Stock processing and updating
  • Taking initial customer briefs through to delivery of projects
  • Main point of contact for any customer queries
  • Preparation of invoicing
  • Regularly update customers on products and aftercare

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Customer Service Coordinator will have:

  • customer service experience
- great organisational skills
- the ability to work individually and as part of a team
- the ability to multi-task
