We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our inbound call centre team in Greater Manchester.

As an Inbound Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Comfortable with using technology and computer systems
