Full Time, Immediate Start Available

CupsDirect are recruiting for a full-time warehouse operative and team leader. You will be working hands on with the movement of goods - in and out of the warehouse.

As a team leader you will assist in running an efficient warehouse operation, which will include overseeing the day-to-day operation of the warehouse, delegating tasks, and motivating team members.

Please note that previous experience working in a warehouse environment, or a position of leadership is essential.

Your work will involve manual lifting of large heavy boxes, which means that you will need to be physically fit to do this job.

In this role you can expect to:

Supervise a team of warehouse workers that perform various functions.
Assist with the management of the warehouse in compliance with the company's policy and vision.
Oversee warehousing, stock, transportation, and maintenance operations.

Skill and Experience

You will have previous experience working in a warehouse environment or have proven experience with a position of leadership within a similar role.
Communication, Leadership Skills, and the ability to manage staff.
Education: A level or equivalent.
Must have transportation to get to work. (We are located out of town).
Must be able to undertake physical work.
Forklift licence, First Aid, Hygiene Certificates
An advantage.
