The purpose of the post

To support all aspects of administration throughout the practice, tasks in particular will consist of:
→ Medical admin duties as required

→ Summarising support

→ Coding standard documents

→ Scanning of all post ready to be processed

→ Booking and checking of appointments for PCN staff
(i.e. for Pharmacist/Social Prescribers/Health coaches/Mental Health Practitioner)

→ General IT housekeeping (i.e., website management)

→ PPG administration (this is to include presence at a meeting after normal working hours once every 3 months on an evening, advance notice will be given)

→ Plus in addition to the above, other administration duties as required

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 37.5 per week


Salary:
£9.50-£10.50 per hour
