Description

We are currently recruiting for a Patient Recruitment Manager on behalf of a key client of ours, a global CRO dedicated to developing safe and effective medical therapeutics.

As a Patient Recruitment Manager, you will:

Build and maintain strong relationships with sites
Set and oversee patient recruitment and retention strategy plan for clinical trial recruitment.
Be responsible for continuous improvement of recruitment campaign
Oversee and mentor direct reports
Participate and manage vendor RFPs and collaborate with the team on vendor selection

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a lifesciences field
Minimum of 3 years' experience within the Clinical Research industry with at least 2 years' experience within patient recruitment or equivalent experience in project management
Demonstrated results generating successful patient recruitment strategies within clinical research trials
Understanding of medical/therapeutic area knowledge and medical terminology
Exceptional communication, collaboration, organisational and time management skills
Excellent command of German language
