Administrator
Duration: 6 months with the scope to extend
Location:
Peterhead, St. Fergus (Scotland) 4-5 days in office
Pay Rate:
Circa £120 per day inside IR35
My client is an international electricity and gas company and one of the largest investor-owned Energy companies in the world.
The team is based across Peterhead (Scotland) and flexible arrangements are supported and encouraged, although there will be a requirementto attend the office 4-5 days a week.
Job PurposeTo support the Terminal and wider COMAH Team in the creation, management and delivery of a robust document management systems and technical reporting for the site management team.
Key Accountabilities:
- To enable a robust document and technical document management system
- To maintain and develop site information and record system
- To ensure the effective administration of site records, document and information to allow retrieval for maintenance, inspection and audit purposes for internal and external enforcement agencies.
- To maintain, original equipment manufacturer information, technical manual and procedures for Terminal assets, equipment and installations.
- To provide technical data, information and reports to the terminal teams in support of key performance indicators.
Key skills:
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and procedures
- Process Plant Awareness
- Good IT skills
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Knowledge of process plant and operations
- Knowledge of IT systems, software and packages to aid and manage document control
- Experience within Quality or Assurance
- Experience within Process Operations and Process Plant
- Valid current driving Licence
