    Job title: eCommerce Partnerships and New Business Manager

    Description

    Ultimate Asset, a leading digital marketing agency group, is seeking a highly skilled New Business Manager to drive our ecommerce growth strategy.

    The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of commerce tech and platforms, as well as the wider media mix of social, performance marketing, and digital marketing.

    We are looking for a results-driven professional who can lead end-to-end new business pitch processes, from initial contact to contract negotiation, and close with poise, structure, and gravitas.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the new business pitch process, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and stakeholders.
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision makers, such as CMOs and heads of marketing at leading brands.
    • Collaborate internally with creative, strategy, finance, and account management teams to develop compelling pitch presentations and proposals.
    • Create excellent working relationships with key partners and suppliers to ensure the customer experience is increased and made more valuable.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Minimum of 6 years of experience in new business development within the marketing or advertising industry.
    • Proven track record of successfully closing new business deals and exceeding revenue targets.
    • Deep understanding of digital marketing, social, SEO, and particularly commerce platforms and tech.
