Position:

Support Worker on Days - Residential Care Services


Location:

Deafway, Brockholes Brow, Preston, Lancashire


Pay rate:

£ £21197 depending on an NVQ 3 qualification


Contracted hours:

3 shifts - working on 3 shifts on and 3 off shifts off pattern over a 6-week rolling rota 7.

45 am to 8 pm


The role will involve providing practical, emotional, and social support to help our residents maintain their independence and achieve their goals.

You will support our residents in many aspects of their life, from daily living skills to helping them to reach their life goals.

Job Details:


  • 39.5 hours per week on average Monday to Sunday as 3day shifts on and 3 days off
  • Hours are between 7.45 am and 8.00 pm on a sixweek rolling rota basis
  • Roles involve shift work including some weekends and bank holidays
  • Hourly rate £ depending on qualifications
