Do you have what it takes?
THE GIG The Internal Group Reporting Manager will work within head office/Group Finance team, reporting to the Head of Group Reporting and assisting in the delivery of all management reporting to internal stakeholders.

All management and financialreporting must be of a PLC standard, produced to specified deadlines for external reporting.

The role will be working closely with the Group External Reporting Manager and the Group & Regional FP&A teams, ensuring that the weekly and monthly reporting is completedaccurately and consistently across Finance globally.

As our Internal Group Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for:


  • Supporting the Head of Group Reporting, fulfilling their responsibilities for oversight of the Company's accounting and financial internal reporting.
  • Developing, managing, leading the team and striving for high performance.
  • Responsible for producing accurate monthly group management accounts, ensuring they provide insight to key internal stakeholders.
  • Maintaining the integrity of the management accounts reporting structure.
  • Preparation of the monthly Board Trading Report, ensuring completeness, accuracy and consistency with other sources of information; including meaningful commercial commentary for each territory for inclusion in the Board pack.
  • Understanding the structure and key drivers for each region within the Group.
  • Working closely with the regional finance teams to consolidate, analyse and produce bestinclass management information, insightful analysis and commentary on financial performance.
  • Preparation of the weekly DTC performance reporting at a Global level, working with the regional finance teams to ensure consistency and providing a central guideline for group policies on like for like measures.
  • Working closely with the external reporting team and Investor Relations to ensure timely and accurate reporting for interim and year end reporting.
  • Understanding the forecast and budget process and how it impacts on all reporting cycles determining the key deliverables from other teams (most notably FP&A) and communicating potential bottlenecks and omissions.
  • Preparing and maintaining process notes for all aspects of the role.
  • Assisting in the implementation of new accounting standards across the business.
  • Delivering improvements to current reporting processes; owning and supporting on projects as required.

THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART Put simply, for this role the key things we're looking for are:


  • ACCA qualified with appropriate technical competencies
  • Experience of multisite, multicurrency FMCG/Retail businesses
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment, to agreed timetables and deadlines
  • Confidence to build credibility quickly with stakeholders within and outside of the Finance function
  • Highly motivated and proactive selfstarter who has demonstrable ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Inquisitive nature, keen problem solver
  • Clear leadership experience
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to use PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience with D365 (Microsoft Dynamics) desirable but not essential
  • Experience using OneStream desirable but not essential
