About the role


The purpose of this role is to support PCH's Communities team in the delivery of effective Resident Involvement, Community Development and Resident Learning activities.

The role also provides occasional cover for the Housing with Support team in the delivery of services to our residents living in supported housing.


The post holder will be responsible for providing administration services, including recording and monitoring service delivery data, resident feedback and performance measures, assisting with community-based activities and delivery of consultation and resident training.

With the aim of achieving highly effective and efficient service delivery, service improvement, community cohesion and meeting residents' needs and aspirations.


  • A highly organised and IT competent person who can support fast moving service delivery.
  • Can coordinate the recording, monitoring, measuring and reporting of service activities.
  • Provides an excellent standard of customer service. With effective communication across a variety of written and verbal medias.
  • Efficient approach to raising orders and processing invoices in respect of team activities.
  • Provision of administration functions such as assisting with meetings, events and consultations, data entry, minute taking and ordering.
