The Packaging Co-Ordinator role could be the perfect opportunity for you. Our client seeks an experienced, enthusiastic, customer-focused individual to join their growing team in Minworth.

As Packaging Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with customers to identify their packaging requirements and create appropriate solutions.
  • Quality assurance and control systems to ensure execution of packaging and customer satisfaction every time
  • Working with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Adapt to new challenges
  • Managing customer projects and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Conducting requirement meetings onsite with customers.
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and ensuring customer feedback is incorporated into future projects.
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a packaging role.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
