Description
We are currently seeking a Business Travel Consultant Apprentice to join our award-winning team.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Travel Consultant Apprentice to join our team.

As an apprentice, you will look after all travelers needs, advise on cost effective travel whilst offering outstanding customer service.


The role will include -

  • Promote travel related services such as car rental, hotels, overseas rail, passport and visas, chauffeur drive and any other adhoc requirements
  • UK rail reservations and ticketing
  • Provide high quality customer service through acting in a courteous and professional manner at all times
  • Competence in the accounting system used by Good Travel, and to ensure that invoices are raised accurately and promptly.

Job Type:
Full-time, Permanent, Office Based


Skills Required:


  • Good communication skills
  • IT awareness/Basic IT knowledge
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Ability to use own initiative

Schedule:


  • Monday to Friday

Education:


  • GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or above.
