- Proven track record managing UK Grocery Multiple accounts
- Experience selling non-major, challenger, or niche brands—able to navigate major retailers without relying on household brand pull.
- Ideally, some exposure to 'Natural' sector products (e.g. health, wellbeing, organic, free-from)
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and influencing skills
- Self-starter with excellent communication, energy, and resilience
- Ambitious and ready to make a visible impact in a growth-led business

NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER - FMCG COMPANY
Up to £55k + bonus, hybrid company car & benefits

The Role
This is a high-impact National Account Manager opportunity, managing a small portfolio of Grocery Multiples and High Street retail accounts. You'll lead the delivery of joint business plans, drive brand growth, and open up new distribution and NPD opportunities. The role is strategically important and offers genuine visibility within the business.
Based from home with weekly travel to the West Sussex head office, you'll enjoy autonomy while collaborating closely with colleagues across functions.
