2Roost Estate Agents have an exciting position within our Lettings Department, We are looking to recruit a highly motivated Lettings Negotiator on full time/part time, permanent basis.
Our Lettings Business has grown at an extraordinary rate that we are determined to accelerate even further with this appointment.
In the role of a Lettings Negotiator you will be responsible for:- Generating and conducting Lettings Viewings
- Winning and gaining new Applications on properties to let
- Arranging inventories, check in's, check out's, inspections
- Ensuring property compliance
- Business Prospecting and proactive activity
- Local market knowledge and networking
- Displaying excellent customer service at all times All applicants must hold a full driving license

£11,960.00-£21,000.00 per year
