Studio Manager

Our client an award-winning architects and designers are seeking a proactive, logical Studio Manager to join their friendly tight knit team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in forward thinking projects and to be part of a collaborative team.
Studio management:
- statutory obligations, including health and safety
- assisting architects with administrative tasks and document control
- prepare and edit documents, reports and letters
- studio maintenance and housekeeping
Marketing:
- assist in preparing expressions of interest and awards submissions
- supporting the senior team in business development
- organising events
Finance:
- liaising with accountants
- invoicing clients
- assisting with payroll
- managing online accountancy programme
- fee proposals, payment schedules, forecasts and accounts
Human resources:
- managing HR
- monitoring timesheets and annual leave
- assisting with recruitment
Essential skills:
- Knowledge of Xero, Word flow Max and InDesign is essential for this role, as is experience of the architecture and design sectors.
