Apex Resourcing are proud to be working with one of London's most Iconic 5 Star Hotels in the search for an experienced Head of Loss of Prevention to lead the Hotels Loss Prevention strategy.

The property is a Grade 1 listed Victorian masterpiece that has been lovingly restored in every detail with over 200 exquisite rooms located in the vibrant heart of Central London.

As the Hotels Loss Prevention Manager you will focus on ensuring all areas of the hotel are safe and secure to include the protection of hotel assets, protection of staff, associates, patrons, property; accident, health and safety and fire prevention.

Ideally you will be a Senior Loss Prevention Manager, Director of Loss Prevention or similar with experience of leading departments and implementing successful loss prevention strategies in a Hotel or Hospitality environment.

This position is both strategic and hands on in nature.

About You
Ideally, we are seeking,

A hands on Loss Prevention Manager, Director of Loss Prevention or Head of Loss Prevention with experience working with the Hotel and or Hospitality sectors.
Previous experience working within a luxury 4 star or fivestar hotel environment with at least 100+ rooms
Experience in leading, managing and inspiring a teams
Extensive knowledge of all hotel departments and their functions and responsibilities
