£15ph | Interim | Temp | 3-4 months
This is an interim temporary role for 3-4 months.

The role is a mixture of hybrid and office based. You will require your own transport to attend the office.


What will you be doing?

  • Process digital invoices into COINS
  • Matching invoices to purchase orders where applicable
  • Process daily bank movements into COINS
  • Run regular supplier aged listings to allow the senior team to determine supplier payments
  • Set up sundry bank payments on HSBC for items such HMRC payments
  • Allocate unallocated cash against invoices.

Skills and experience:


  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accountancy procedures with experience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping software working within a similar role
  • You will be a flexible and helpful individual
  • You will be sensible enough to ask for help when stuck
