Operations Support Administrator (6 month Fixed Term Contract)Glasgow
£18,000 - £20,000
Are you looking to kick start your career as an administrator? My client in Shawlands is looking for recent school leavers that have a willingness to learn to join their growing team.
The position is initially based on a rolling fixed term contract. Howeverthere is great opportunity to progress within this company.Your focus of this job is to assist with administration where required.
All tasks must be undertaken ensuring that the company's focus on providing an excellent level of customer service is always maintained, with an emphasis on meeting and exceeding the expectationsfor customers and stakeholders.
On a typical day you will log information on bespoke systems and excel, review customer invoices and answer incoming customer calls.
Mon - Fri:
- 09:00 17:00
- 37.5 hours per week.
Main duties include:
- Assist with the control and monitoring of operations direct expenditure
- Provide reception and switchboard cover as required
- Deal effectively with all incoming calls, investigate and respond to queries
- Review the improvement of department systems and processes
- Completing administration tasks as required by various teams
- Logging information on companies bespoke system
- Has good communication skills
- Has good IT skills, including word and excel
- Is keen to gain experience in an administrative role
