This role will involve designing and implementing interim and target operating models, identifying opportunities to align with the Global Service Delivery model, and driving efficiencies, risk management, and service delivery.

The Wells Fargo Global HR Function are currently undergoing a transformation with the addition of new HRIS platforms and workflow tools, such as Service Now.

In addition, we are developing Shared Service Centre's to support with administrative and transactional tasks, including Employee Care (EC) and Global Delivery Activity (GDA).

These changes present a great opportunity for improvement, enabling the upskilling of COE's within the HR Function.

Our Shared Service Centre's will focus on high volume, repetitive transactions and queries, with the goal of reducing waiting times and improving Employee Experience through the development of Employee and Manager Self-Service collateral.


This role is a key player in engaging with stakeholders across regions and the US to ensure roles and responsibilities are agreed upon and understood.

It's an excellent opportunity to develop a culture of continuous improvement in all aspects of HR.

In this role, you will:


  • Lead HR Operational Effectiveness and HR Transformation (International).
  • Actively identify and execute broad process improvement opportunities with a focus on automating, streamlining and strengthening processes and controls, and improving the Employee and Manager experience.
  • Support International HR transformation, aligning with Global Services Delivery capability.
  • Enhance and promote Employee and Manager selfservice capability, reducing queries to inregion HR functions, improving resolution time and enhancing the Employee experience.
  • Review and reengineer processes to utilize Workday data and capability.
  • Lead crossfunctional project and process improvement activities for HR, ensuring key stakeholders are included in the endtoend review, defining roles and responsibilities in
- each process.

  • Manage Change and communications plans related to the process improvement opportunities to ensure a smooth transition.

Required Qualifications:


  • Experience of working within the HR Function, with a foundation knowledge of the key HR processes end to end.
  • Proven track record project and programme management and in particular delivering HR transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in implementing and/or working with case management tools.
  • Experience working with HR systems and automating tasks through technology.
  • Expert in process design and continuous process improvement.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent consulting and influencing skills.
  • Solution focused, collaborative and pragmatic.
  • Calm under pressure and resilient when dealing with challenge.
  • Flexible with the ability to adjust plans to meet changing business requirements.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a diverse workload and meet set deadlines, SLAs and targets.
  • Effective communication, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Track record of delivering large projects in HR and Payroll.
