About us
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and gather information for various projects and initiatives
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events
- Manage and maintain confidential files and records
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in databases or spreadsheets
- Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring
- Handle general office duties such as filing, copying, and ordering supplies
Skills:
- Experience working in financial services or law firm is preferable but not essential.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of office procedures and administrative tasks
- Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills
As an executive assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our directors and ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.
Salary:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
