Lettings Negotiator:


We are looking for a confident personality to help make a positive impact at one of our successful Bairstow eve branches in Coventry.

Our ideal new starter will have a passion for property - experience in the industry is a bonus but not essential You will strive to provide excellent customer service

  • You find it easy to organise, plan and problemsolve
  • You're able to credibly engage and influence your clients
  • You're thorough and precise in what you do; clearly communicating with everyone around you at all stages of a deal
  • You' are a car driver with access to your own vehicle
  • You're fine with committing to working every other weekend
In return you will receive a Competitive basic salary with a transparent commission structure
