We are a growing, independent bar/restaurant company that wants the best people on board.

Part of FullerThomson,OX184 is a popular, well-established bar and restaurant in Edinburgh, providing laid back drinking and dining. We are currently recruiting energetic full & part time waiting staff to become an integral part of our team.

What we want from you:


  • Previous experience in a busy bar or restaurant is preferred but not essential
  • You will be wellpresented, articulate and organised and have friendly personality.
  • Possess strong customer service skills and thrive in providing great hospitality
  • You have a natural cando attitude and a proactive, forward thinking approach
  • You are hardworking, punctual and reliable
Must be able to work late nights and weekends.
