Training Coordinator
A new and exciting opportunity has become available to join our London team as our Training Coordinator.

Our successful training coordinator will provide administrative support and data to the sales and marketing team, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the centre.


Salary Banding:
£25,000 - £27,820 dependant on skills and experience


Location:
London EC2Y 8AD


Contract type:
Full-time, permanent


Working hours:35 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9.00 a.m. 5.00 p.m.


What are the core responsibilities of this role?

  • Responsible for working with programme managers and the operation manager to coordinate group training, apprenticeships, and individual programme events across the UK and internationally.
  • Ensuring all group training, apprenticeship, and individual programme materials are saved in the client folder for easy access for future events.
  • Responsible for collating group training, apprenticeship, and individual programme evaluation feedback and sending it on to relevant team members for review in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring the quality of data, monitoring information contained in CRM, and ensuring information is accurate and complete.
  • Responsible for contacting clients and facilitators to arrange training events to update details and identify current needs and potential opportunities. Passing on relevant team members in a timely manner
  • Accountable for identifying operational specifications and developing reporting solutions to drive performance management.

What skills and experience are we looking for in potential applicants?

Essential

  • Experience of working in a target driven commercial environment
  • Experience within customer service / sales / telesales
  • Experience of working with CRM

Desirable

  • Experience of working across sectors and industries
