About the role and team
***- Anthony Collins are recruiting for a Records and Archive Co-ordinator to join our Office Services tea, on a 12 month FTC.- The Records and Archive Co-ordinator will work across the firm to own processes for client files post matter closure.- This will involve:
  • Ensuring vital paper records including Deeds and Wills are stored appropriately and in line with our policy;
  • Ensuring records are destroyed in a timely manner and in line with our GDPR policy;
  • Managing offsite storage contract;
  • Managing related projects, including the migration of Deeds and Wills records to new database and the physical move of onsite records during Project Tetris;
  • Providing managerial support to OSA team in the absence of the OSA Manager.
***- Significant administration experience, including the management, design and ownership of processes;

  • An excellent eye for detail and accuracy;
  • Excellent IT skills;
  • A good understanding of GDPR rules;
  • Experience of supervising others and delegating.
