Are you an experienced teaching assistant with a passion for supporting students with SEMH needs? Are you nurturing, understanding and resilient? Do you want to feel valued, supported and part of a team?


Due to continued growth we are looking for enthusiastic, dynamic and creative teaching assistants who are open to learning a modern approach to teaching pupils with social, emotional, mental health needs.

This is a term time only post, take home pay for the post is £20,242 per annum.

Meadow Bridge School is a special school for pupils aged 6 to 19 years, based in Cricklade, near Swindon. Our creative, individualised approach to learning, is centred around well-being and skills for independence.

From the time our students arrive, we start thinking about where our students will be moving to after they leave us to ensure they are well prepared to achieve their goals and succeed.


We understand the importance of building meaningful relationships with pupils and families to nurture growth and development of relational milestones such as, building trust and sharing enjoyment.

Care and making connections are at the heart of our ethos and we work hard to ensure that all staff feel cared for too.

We are strongly committed to providing high quality professional development for all our staff.
