As the Head of New Business for the South UK you will be responsible for, and focused on, driving business growth across the region.
By identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts and seeking out untapped potential new clients you will drive substantial increase of the Linx presence in the UK coding market.
Your region will be everything in the South of the UK, from Nottingham down to the South Central coast, across to Devon and Cornwall in the West, and Kent and East Anglia in the East.
As Head of New Business you will:
Drive growth in your region through prospecting for new business and creating opportunities for expansion in existing business.
Understand the market to create a competitive analysis
Create, map and execute a targeted business plan
Create Lead Generation activity through social media channels
Running all new business sales activities across the South of the UK
Follow a defined sales process designed to bring clarity and transparency to both parties.
Increasing Linx brand awareness in the UK coding and marking space by attending trade shows.
Developing relationships with referrers & OEM partners in the UK
Critical Success Factors include:
A proven track record of new business development in a customer focussed environment (e.g. Tele prospecting regularly, account reviews with existing clients.)
Ability to influence at all levels of an organisation
Strong relationship building skills

Commercial drive, always doing the right thing for the customer and the company

Your Education and/or Background Experience will have:
Demonstrable success in a direct sales role, preferably (but not essential) B2B
Trained in a sales methodology
Driving license is essential
