EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
An exciting opportunity to support a leading sales website CEO
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ROLE:
- Managing the endtoend onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are collected accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinating with various internal departments to facilitate the smooth transition of new clients into the firm
- Conducting welcome calls or meetings to introduce clients to key team members and provide an overview of our services
- Ensuring all client documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory standards
- Collaborating with the compliance team to stay updated on industry regulations and implementing any necessary changes to the onboarding process
- Assisting senior executives with calendar management, scheduling client meetings, and coordinating internal and external appointments
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing correspondence, preparing reports, and handling confidential information
- Serving as a primary point of contact for new clients, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service
- Fostering positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to enhance overall client satisfaction
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to implement process improvements related to client onboarding, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
- Minimum 4 years of experience working in the financial sector
- Minimum 2 years of experience being an executive assistant
