Description
To plan and conduct early-stage discovery workshops with stakeholders to support Customer and internal product elaborations
- needs discovery and problem identification

  • To conduct earlystage qualitative research and landscape analysis to elicit Customer problems
  • Produce assets such as highlevel conceptual flows, customer journey maps, identify jobs to be done/tasks analysis, personas
  • To work with Product to build product roadmaps and backlogs
  • Create early assets and/or conceptual prototypes to communicate feature proposition
  • To provide recommendations and refine assets that would support our earlystage discovery UX services
