Having met with a Senior Partner at this boutique firm you can see that client and staff care is at the top of their agenda.

It is probably this approach that has served them well for over 100 years in the area and provides a steady stream of repeat businessand referrals.

Due to steady growth through the last 5 years they have moved to refurbished offices that feature an on site restaurant plus a games room with pool table for some well needed down time.

This is a place of work that people enjoy coming to, even though they areoperating a fully hybrid model, due to the social nature of the firm you will more often than not see people coming into the office more than is mandated.

There is a portfolio in situ worth c.£500k in fees across audit and accounts, with an energetic team of trainees and seniors to manage.

No business development is required in this role, the work comes to you but for those forward-thinking Audit Managers youwill be provided the opportunity to shadow Partners on their pitches and tenders to hone your skills as you move into a position of increasing seniority.

Collaboration is at the heart of this business and you will truly be a partner to your clients, providing advice throughout their business lifecycle and as such will have opportunity to get involved in wider due diligence and M&A projects due to the natureof your high growth clientele.
