KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Processing Sales & Purchase invoices via the use of appropriate software
Engaging with stock Control Reports and documenting them correctly
Inputting and documenting data on Back Order Reports
Answering the telephone and engaging with customers in a polite and friendly manner
Processing orders and ensuring that stock taking is done correctly
Communicating with managers and colleagues when necessary
Various other admin duties, such as filing, scanning documents etc.
