As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.

Duties:


  • Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and issue resolution
  • Utilize Salesforce to document customer interactions and update customer records
  • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of financial services industry is desirable but not required

Salary:
£19,032.23-£26,718.94 per year
