Programme Reporting Lead - London, United Kingdom - Datasource

Introduction:
Our client is supporting a complex rail programme and they are looking for someone to lead the Reporting Team for the Programme.
You will have overall accountability for the development, continuous improvement and management of the Programme's reporting framework.
Rail experience is desired, experience within a complex construction/critical national infrastructure is essential.
This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days on site per week.
Key responsibilities:
- Management of the programme reporting lifecycle process
- Responsibility for the production and distribution of high quality, easy to understand programme reports
- Management, leadership, and development of the Reporting Team
- Development and continuous improvement of reporting framework and process
- Build awareness throughout project teams of the reporting requirements
- Production of Quarterly Business Review and sixmonthly Notable Schemes Deep Dive reports for directors
- Implement reporting maturity and roadmap to achieve data led reporting (using Power Bi for dashboards/reports)
- Provide clear, concise, and highquality reports to the Programme, Partners and other stakeholders
Skills & experience:
- Experience in developing and managing programme reporting framework, for a large complex programme
- Excellent analytical skills, able to understand and articulate large volumes of data
- Evidence of leading teams of programme/project professionals
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and collaborations skills
- Provision of a highquality user centric service, with a focus on continuous improvement
- A strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of software, including PowerBI
