Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide essential support to patients in various healthcare settings.

Duties:

Assist patients with daily activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and feeding
Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
Assist in the development and implementation of care plans
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of patient care
Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment

Skills:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in English language
Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
Basic IT skills for recording patient information
Valid driver's license for transportation between home care or care home settings
Knowledge of home care or care home procedures and protocols
