Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide essential support to patients in various healthcare settings.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others while gaining valuable experience in the healthcare field.


Duties:


  • Assist patients with daily activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and feeding
  • Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
  • Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
  • Assist in the development and implementation of care plans
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of patient care
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment

Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in English language
  • Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
  • Basic IT skills for recording patient information
  • Valid driver's license for transportation between home care or care home settings
  • Knowledge of home care or care home procedures and protocols
