LEAD CRO ANALYST

UP TO £45,000 + 6% BONUS + 10% PENSION + COMPREHENSIVE BENEFITS

HYBRID (1-2 DAYS IN THE OFFICE PER WEEK)

Looking for a new adventure within CRO? A world-renowned publisher is looking for a CRO Analyst to work across their digital real-estate and provide AB testing and road mapping expertise.


THE COMPANY


A giant in the publishing industry, they are looking to expand their CRO function and capitalise on the additional revenue brought about by increased conversion rates.


THE ROLE
You'll focus on personalisation as every new book published effectively has it's own marketing campaign. It's paramount to understand who's reading what and how best to reach this customers through targeted marketing.

You'll be hands on with AB testing andprovide results based insights to stakeholders to inform data lead decisions to improve conversion rates on marketing campaigns.


YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

To be a successful applicant, you should have:

  • 2+ years of commercial CRO experience, conducting end-to-end AB testing
  • Agency background or CRO experience in publishing, media or marketing will put you above other applicants
  • Great communication and ability to deliver insights to stakeholders

THE BENEFITS

You'll be rewarded with:

  • Up to £45,000 salary
  • 6% OTE bonus
  • 10% Employer pension contribution
  • Hybrid working model (12 days per week in the Central London office)
  • 27 days paid holiday + bank holidays increasing each year up to 30 days + bank holidays
