The Role

Quality Inspection of CNC machined automotive components using handheld devices.

Quality Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of precision engineered components and assemblies to ensure they meet established quality standards and specifications.

Problem Solving: Identify and report any quality issues, defects, or deviations from standards, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.

Process Improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, providing valuable insights and suggestions to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Training: Assist in training team members on quality control procedures, standards, and best practices to foster a culture of quality excellence.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

You will have 4+ years of exposure in a quality inspection role preferably within the precision engineering industry (although other industries will be considered).

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Quality Inspector in the precision engineering industries using handheld measuring tools i.e., micrometres, verniers and gauges is essential.
Strong knowledge of quality control techniques, tools, and methodologies.
Familiarity with automotive quality standards (e.g., ISO) is an advantage.
Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
