We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Venues Onboarding Executive to join our growing team at Hitched, part of TKWW.

Your role will be to onboard new venues onto our marketplace on , offering them a free listing to showcase their business profile.

You will be responsible for making telephone calls to a high volume of venues on a daily basis to offer them our free services, and take them through the validation process.


Responsibilities:


  • Make high volumes of calls to a list of UK wedding venues, offering them a free listing on our marketleading website,
  • To make repeated calls where necessary to reach the correct decision maker within the business.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that new venues who are interested in premium services are connected with a sales representative, and a meeting is arranged.
  • To manage a pipeline of venues who are qualified for a free listing and ensure that all of these venues are validated each month
  • To work towards a target each month to ensure that venue free listing goals are met and objectives are achieved.
  • To keep CRM and all databases up to date with relevant information, including contact attempts, conversation details + status of the vendor.

Requirements:


  • No previous experience is required, although experience in a telephone based or telemarketing/outbound telephone based role is desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospects and customers
  • Resilient and capable of working towards targets
  • Highly selfmotivated; able to work in a role which requires persistence and patience
  • Great communication skills and extremely strong telephone manner
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Selfmotivated and driven to succeed, with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Experience using a CRM system, such as Salesforce or Hubspot, is a plus

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
