Description
We're looking for a
Customer Service Advisor to join our team based in Huntingdon.


Location:
Huntingdon - office based


Contract:
Permanent, full time

- flexible and part-time hours may be available if desired, just let us know.


Responsibilities
Kier Utilities brings the built environment to life, keeping people and business connected.


In this role, you will be working on our Anglian Water Alliance, where we work on maintaining, repairing, and upgrading the water network.


Your day to day will include:

  • Manage service delivery failures, non-compliance issues & complex file maintenance
  • Deal with complaints, liability claims and complex pass backs to satisfactory conclusions
  • Provide performance feedback to several stakeholders such as providing statistics for use in demand and resource planning

  • Have a background in customer service within an office environment
