Description

Credit Controller will report into the Finance Director and will provide support across the entire Finance function, including but not limited to followings:

To timely chase and collect due invoices.
To manage cashbook and promptly allocate customer receipts.
To pursue overdue accounts through dunning as per company's policy.
To setup and monitor customer accounts as per company's credit risk management policy.
To perform bankn reconciliations for all bank accounts and resolve any issues or queries.
To assist with any customer queries and process credits.
To process requests, both internal and external, for documents such as Invoices, pods, statements.
To regularly reconcile statement of customer account on ledgers.
To attend regular debtor review meeting and present relevant KPI's and reports
To support the Finance Director in the completion of month end accounts process, including ad hoc reporting as required.
To support with other adhoc projects from time to time.
To ensure good housekeeping practices enabling prompt availability of records for any audits and/or inspections.
To ensure all work is undertaken in a professional and well organised manner, ensuring the safe keeping of all documents as required.

Desirables:

At least 2 years' experience in Credit Control
Excellent Excel skills and proficiency using Word, Outlook etc
Recent experience of Sage 50, NetSuite or similar desirable
Experience working in accounts for a fastpaced highvolume wholesale/distribution business

Person requirements:

Have an ability to prioritise tasks and have good attention to detail
Have good time management and problemsolving skills
Have an ability to communicate effectively and work with their team and other departments
