Strand Recruitment have a superb opportunity available for a Key Account Manager on behalf of our well-established client, operating in the Telecoms sector.

This is an opportunity to join a well-respected business with over 30 years in the industry.

If you are looking for a fresh start in 2023 with a genuine career opportunity within Account Management this is the role for you.

Our client has been awarded several substantial Public Sector contracts in recent months and they are now in a great position to appoint an experienced Account Manager, to nurture and develop the internal relationships.

The main responsibilities of the Account Manager include:

You will be the main point of contact for your accounts.
You will manage your client's expectations whilst providing a high level of customer service both face to face and over the phone.
You will attend face to face client meetings, mainly focused on the
m62 corridor, o better understand the business's needs, build relationships and in to make recommendations on products and services which best suit.
You will build strong working relationships with your key contacts to build trust and to be able to better support each business.

Known for their outstanding customer service and product offering they have an excellent retention rate which in turn supports the continued growthof the business.

Experience working in a fast-paced account management role is essential.

The Package

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (37.5hrs per week)
