Clemence Rogers are working on behalf of an established client based in Doncaster looking for Customer Service Advisor to work in a busy company.

Duties:


  • Liaise directly with customers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Record all interactions from customers and manage escalations effectively and promptly.
  • Dealing with customer queries.
  • Provide support for the Department and overseeing all customer communication.
  • Ensure accuracy of all paperwork and all communication to the tradesman is correctly recorded.

Key Requirements of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Organised
  • Basic IT Skills
  • Great Communicator
  • Ability to 'think on their feet' and react quickly to issues.

Hours:

9am - 5pm Monday - Friday
