Duties:
- Liaise directly with customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Record all interactions from customers and manage escalations effectively and promptly.
- Dealing with customer queries.
- Provide support for the Department and overseeing all customer communication.
- Ensure accuracy of all paperwork and all communication to the tradesman is correctly recorded.
Key Requirements of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Organised
- Basic IT Skills
- Great Communicator
- Ability to 'think on their feet' and react quickly to issues.
Hours:
9am - 5pm Monday - Friday
