Overview
Senior Demand Generation Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize our Pardot and Salesforce database, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and integrity.
- Develop, implement, and manage multichannel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, consideration, and lead generation
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including Regional and Product Marketing teams, and content creators to create compelling marketing campaigns.
- Manage the media plans and campaigns
- Proactively monitor, analyse and report campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to personalize and segment campaigns, delivering targeted messages to specific audience segments.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement optimization strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and lead generation, and propose innovative ideas to drive business growth.
- Provide training and support to marketing and sales teams to ensure effective use of marketing automation tools.
- Collaborate with the US and International Commercial Excellence teams to integrate marketing and sales processes and improve lead nurturing and conversion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) as a Marketing Automation Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in marketing automation platforms, preferably Pardot and Salesforce.
- Good knowledge and understanding of GDPR requirements
- Solid analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimization.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to work well under pressure, multitask and meet deadlines without compromising on quality or accuracy Relevant certifications in marketing automation (e.g., Salesforce Certified Pardot Specialist) are preferred.
- Ability to build relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders at various levels
- Demonstrate a 'can do' and positive attitude
Home based with occasional travel to international offices as and when required.
