Description

Vehicle Service Advisor required in the Llantrisant region.

Starting salary up to £2629,000 per annum (pending experience/current earnings).
Monday to Friday 8:00am5:00pm with a half hour lunch.
Opportunity work with a recently redeveloped family fun business operating since 2004.

A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a Vehicle Service Advisor to join our client's independent automotive service centre based in the Llantrisant region.

Reporting to the Business Owner and working alongside their Office Manager and a friendly workshop team, as a Vehicle Service Advisor you will be responsible for providing a pro-active service to customers requesting to schedule their vehicles in for service, maintenance or repair work.

You will greet customers into the Service Department, take payment for work carried out, extensively liaise with the workshop team to chase work in progress, carry out upselling of additional products and services where possible, and keep customers informed of the progress on their vehicle.
