As an Activity Leader, you'll have the chance to make a positive impact on the lives of our participants while fostering a sense of community and fun.
Responsibilities:
Plan and organize a variety of activities suitable for different age groups and interests.
Lead group sessions, ensuring everyone is engaged, motivated, and having a great time.
Create a safe and inclusive environment, encouraging participation and interaction.
Adapt activities as needed to accommodate diverse skill levels and physical abilities.
Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring they are safe, clean, and ready for use.
Communicate effectively with participants, parents/guardians, and fellow team members.
Provide guidance and support to participants, fostering personal growth and development.
Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.
Requirements:
Previous experience in leading activities or working with groups of individuals (e.g., summer camps, youth programs, community centres, etc.).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people of all ages.
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to plan and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
Enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude to inspire participants and create a vibrant atmosphere.
First Aid certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Flexibility in working hours, as some activities may take place on evenings or weekends.

£440.00-£660.00 per week
