Programme Manager - Contract


Working for a top Bank in a senior role responsible for the management of large scale multi-disciplinary programmes or complex projects that often cross divisional boundaries, ensuring synergy with corporate strategy and enabling business areas to achievestrategic objectives.

This is related to a key regulatory programme working closely to FCA Guidlines.

The key responsibilities for this role includes:

  • Responsible for presenting findings and recommendations at Director level on innovative and often radical changes that will bring about cultural change, significant business improvement and policy change.
  • Proactively monitor and control programme progress, costs and benefits realisation using a range of review mechanisms and will keep key stakeholders up to date while highlighting any potential risks and issues.
  • Defines, monitors and controls project cost presenting relevant information to governance and stakeholders.
  • Evidences that agreed Business Case benefits are on track for realisation through programme implementation and measurements.
  • Accountable for the for the total project / programme cost (both forecast and actuals), including resource time captured via Planview Resource Management.'
