Job Description Clerical Assistant/ Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our growing team at Caerphilly and Blackwood Chiropractic Centres serving the local community and helping people to get better and healthier

The clinics are fast paced and full of energy so you need to be able to work at a fast level with the computer whilst still providing a high level of customer interaction and completing all tasks for your shift.

You will work a variety of shifts from Monday to Saturday, morning shifts from 8am and afternoon shifts starting at 12 or 2pm.

The shifts are based over both clinics so the ability to travel to either clinic is essential.

Your general duties will include:

  • Answering the telephone

Provide a general Clerical Assistant Support Role in Front Desk operations to include all aspects of diary management, booking and amending appointments.

Taking payments/Cash handling.
Provide an excellent customer focused unique experience.
Take responsibility for ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within a timely manner.
Participate in regular training sessions covering policies and procedures as well as attending monthly coaching.

Assist and support team members and Chiropractors to ensure we continue to provide the highest standards of service and care.

You will be paid £11.44 per hour and work a 2 weekly rota averaging 20 hours a week.
Knowledge of Chiropractic would be advantageous as would an understanding of Practice Hub, but full training will be provided.
